Royal Caribbean: Authentic Caribbean Delights in East Stroudsburg

This was my first trip to RC and it instantly became one of my favorite spots. I got the Curry Goat with white rice. The spice level was perfect and I was even given some plantains which paired really nice. I got a spicy beef patty to go and got a Big Bamboo Irish Moss to drink with it. The Irish Moss is THICK. But delicious. I hope you give this place a try. Courtney and Charles were the greatest hosts and made my experience unforgettable. I can't thank you enough. You took a rather glum day I was having and cheered me up and made me feel welcomed. I'm forever grateful and a permanent customer! Thank you.

Stopped in inspite of some less than favorable reviews. Was delighted to find the owner and staff very friendly and talkative. They were out of a lot of items, but ended up with Jerk Chicken. It was very good. Nicely spiced. The rice and beans and they greens were good, not epic. I would definitely stop in again.

What a great stop! When I first spotted it on the map, I was looking forward to some jerk chicken. Like all the good places though once it's gone for the day it's gone. I left with a plate of the curry goat a top red beans and rice with a side of greens. All of it was delicious! I'd definitely drive out of my way to go here again.

My daughter & I went here for lunch today, it was amazing. Great food. I got curry chicken with rice and peas and collard greens. My daughter even liked it. We sat down and ate and they were very busy between walk ins and phone calls. If you get a chance try this place!

We had the 2 chicken stew platters with collard greens. Walking in we had a very warm welcome, to which I almost immediately started ordering while she was finishing another order. That was highly rude of me and I want to apologize. Secondly my only complaint is I didn't tip more. She's extremely nice and the food was all of amazing. Chicken fell off the bone, collard greens had a great flavor and still kept the flavor of the greens, the rice was perfectly cooked and delicious. An heart filled meal truly and a much needed one

So, my family and I wanted some thing so close to home cooking and we're coming from out of town. and this place food looks good. Definitely enjoyed our meal. The oxtail was tender with a nice gravy with the butter beans as well. Rice and peas was cook to perfection. The Chicken and Goat roti, delicious. And my picky little niece liked the macaroni pie. We are going back again. Thank you

Holy smoke! From the moment I stepped out of my car, which I parked about 150 feet away from the door across the street, my senses were super excited! Although the awning out front needs to be replaced, the inside is super clean and smells glorious! With no hesitation, they serve the best Jamaican patties that I’ve ever had in my life and I am 50 years old! I only had the spinach, chicken, curry, and jerk chicken… But all three are absolutely the three best that I’ve ever had. I haven’t had dinner yet but inside my bag is jerk, pork and chicken roti… I’m full, but I can’t wait to eat again, lol! And to add to it… The family who owns it are some of the nicest people that you will ever meet! Definitely worth the trip as the food and service can’t be beat! Absolutely awesome!

I’m a long time customer since this restaurant opened and the food is amazing! Big portions and a very friendly atmosphere. They give suggestions of what you might enjoy and my new obsession is their curry chicken patty! OMG, it didn’t make it home it was amazing. Stop by and show some love, I’m sure you’ll find something amazing on their menu!
